Having unexplained ruq pain (ultrasound scheduled). my platelets have increased 100 since my last panel (almost 2 years ago), but it's within normal range 357. is this increase normal or should it be monitored?

Urgent care: One option is urgent care for initial lab screening and evaluation of a possible appendicitis. Drink fluids, monitor for other symptoms including fever and vomiting. The change in platelets may indicate an inflammatory state.
