I have multinodular goiter, should i be concerned my latest ultrasound found a new lump that wasn't there last year? i am scheduled for a biopsy soon.

No: Concern regarding thyroid nodules varies by the size of the nodule, and appearance/characteristics seen on ultrasound. All new nodules have the same parameters. Just because it is new doesn't help us know if it is more/ less concerning.
