Probably benign: If the 3.4 cm ovarian cyst is unchanged after ultrasounds every 3 mos for 3 years, it is likely benign. Would recommend backing off on ultrasound to once a year, unless abnormal symptoms such as pain or bloating or vaginal bleeding.
