Covid-19 infection after one week with those symptoms should be hospitalized. Pneumonia due to covid 19 or superimposed bacterial pneumonia and pulmonary embolism are on top of the differential diagnosis with those symptoms. If the patient is not in the hospital yet, he or she should be if pulse oximetry (SpO2) has been dropping and now less than 90%.
