COVID 19: You can start with one of the on line apps to look at risk. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations.

Quarantine and test: Start by informing your employer and GP of your symptoms. Your GP should be able to coordinate further testing and making recommendations going forward. Self quarantine is critical in order not to spread it to other people.
