See a neurologist: The visual symptoms are a bit concerning for hypertension, vascular instability, and elevated intracranial pressure, I think you should see an urgent care doc and get that evaluated ASAP, before too long. It’s possible that is an orthostatic problem, definitely needs to be looked into

Headache: Although several diagnostic concerns have been noted, statistically most likely situation is a bad migaine. Peculiar is timing of the "stars", which would normally be prior to head pain, but perhaps you suffered a vaso-vagal event, with presyncope secondary to the pain. Naproxen would possibly help better, but if this is escalating, to be secure, contact your physician
