Few weeks ago i had an ache on lower left side of stomach when strained on toilet, it wasnt bad and went when i was off toilet. its just come back this morning but worse especially when straining on the toilet even just weeing or eating and standing?

Lower stomach pain : Lower left abdominal pain often is from a problem with the colon. There are other possibilities. I see this in patients with diverticulitis from underlying constipation or people who have difficulties relaxing the rectal muscles to have a bowel movement. See a doctor
