Irregular bleeding: Irregular bleeding can be caused by many things, some serious/some not: stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep, hormonal disruption, uterine fibroids/ endometriosis/ adenomyosis, ovarian problems, a tumor, or miscarriage. If it continues, see a Dr to do an exam and order blood tests/imaging.
