No: Its called intermenstrual bleeding. It is not normal and could be due to various causes. You should see your GYN for an evaluation, ultrasound and possible biopsy

Talk to your Gyn: It might be normal for you, but depending on the volume & duration, could also lead to anemia and symptoms related to that. If history & exam by gyn done, can decide if need cycle regulation w/pill/patch/shot, or multivitamin w/iron, or other testing.
