I took duphaston to stimulate menstruation but three days after the five days of taking the medicine i still have not menstruated. is this normal?

Duphaston: Is a progesterone. You generally have menstruation after you stop the medication, in response to progesterone withdrawal, not when you are taking it. Therefore keep taking the medication. If you have no bleeding after stopping follow up with you doctor.
