Morning, my 1year4month baby boy has fever on and off for the last 3 days and temperature rises to 37. 5degree. we have given him suppositories, panado, rehydrate. the diarrhea has stopped but the fever returns after the suppositories wears out?

Fever ?: I don't consider 37.5 c as a fever & certainly not a level that requires any treatment. The bodies natural response to any infection is to elevate its temperature. This increases heart & breathing rate to circulate natural healing factors faster. If the kid is taking feeds well enough to pee every 6 hrs & play some I would just let this self heal as it seems to be doing.
