My 11 month baby has a fever of 39. we have given ponstan suppository at 1pm and then panado at 4pm. can we give ponstan again.

6 hours apart: would be the ponstan frequency, but check if you are giving the correct dosage, and so for the panadol (10 mg/kg /dose for either) if no improvement or new symptoms appear, see the pediatrician, best wishes
