Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual symptoms are caused by the balance of estrogen and progesterone in your system. Hormonal oral contraceptives can help to regulate your period and reduce Premenstrual syndrome symptoms including migraines, nausea, Pain, etc. Talk to your OB about starting these medications to alleviate your symptoms.
