Dr Supervised.: Reducing the use of Antidepressants must be done under careful mental health supervision. A psychiatrist or Psychologist should be the one to initiate and follow the process. Discontinuing antidepressants can lead to a resumption of the original symptoms, increased problems and even suicidal ideation. Please contact your prescribing Dr ASAP.

Agree: Dr Kratzberg describes your needs well. You need to find an attentive psychiatrist with 24 hr availability team and a hospital backup if things do not go smoothly. Can be done!!
