Get evaluated: There are a variety of clinical symptoms & blood tests that help define any auto-immune process. Persistent low platelets defines one form of an auto-immune process & those who have one often develop others.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a rheumatologist. Please note that auto-immune disorders can be treated. Wish you good health!
