Relax: Real, honest-to-goodness lupus can make it hard to become a mother / keep a pregnancy. Many people have low-titer ANA and this isn't a problem with pregnancy; if you have lupus anticoagulant or a similar antibody, it might be more problematic. High counts of NK cells mean little in this context. I hope you are able to have your dreams come true.
