Hello! i know that carbamazepine can reduce the effect of oc. howerver my carbamazepine dose is quite low, 200 mg in the evening. can this dose of carbamazepine allready affect the impact on oc. am i still protected if i take yasminelle?

Points to consider: Carbamazepine can lower effective levels of BCP's, and this can be seen in both a dose-related and in some cases idiosyncratic and not dose related. Therefore, get the advice of your gynecologist, and talk to physician who placed you on carbamazepine. Perhaps an alternative medicine can be found.
