I have bv for the second time and the np who saw me last told me that i have herpes. she did not do a pelvic and i dont have any symptoms of herpes. should i be really worried about the test results?

Diagnosing herpes: STDs, including herpes, sometimes can trigger BV -- maybe you misunderstood and she was only saying herpes is a possibility. If she has made a definite diagnosis, most likely you had a herpes lab test, either a blood test for HSV antibody or culture or PCR test for the virus itself. Discuss with the NP; happy to answer a repeat question with more detail.
