Red blotches neck: When the red blotches also contain some brown and hypopigmented small macules, broken capillaries and the sides of the neck and v of the chest are affected, it is usually due to chronic sun damage. The area under the chin usually stays clear in this condition because it is protected from the sun. Laser treatment can help improve this. Please use sunscreen daily.
