Tinea Cruris : Skin fungal infection is the most likely cause. Since its new it's no causing any symptoms like itching and burning sensation. But if you let it continue it will do so. Possible treatment is over the counter Lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream twice daily and use also Lotrimin (clotrimazole) powder spray before putting cloths on, typically keeping the area dry and trimming down the hair. Consult your doctor in any case.
