Skin rash : It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to one or both of the antibiotics or a reaction to the staph. I recommend that you go to see your doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime try benedryl 25 mg and cool compresses. If you have any swelling around the mouth, fever or worsening of your rash you should go to the emergency room.
