NEED WAY MORE INFO: Hard to say without more information. Insomnia can be a disorder by itself or a symptom of other disorders. I do not know what your other issues are or stressors but you have a lot of follow up already scheduled. You have to follow good sleep hygiens and not eat too late, turn off all electronics 30 minutes before bed, have the room cool and dark and not use alcohol or drugs.
