Very Nonspecific: It's difficult in this setting to say what is causing your symptoms. However, think of muscle relaxers as "You-relaxers." They sometimes help, but you may find relief only because of the drowsiness they cause. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day, eating regularly. It could be activity-related, but if it's interfering with your ability to function, you should see a doctor.
