I have severe pains for a while now as a scan shows there might be something wrong with my bile duts and its just getting whorse the pain and so on and effects then it go away for 2 days and all of a sudden again and its been going on for a year now?

Talk to your Dr: Intermittent right upper quadrant pain and positive bile duct findings on CT scan may indicate that you have bile duct disease: this can include blockage by stones or scarring, infection or inflammation. Talk to the Dr who ordered the CT scan or to your primary care Dr and seek treatment. There are medications and treatments that can help.
