Good basics: Maintaining good memory and low stress involves eating a healthy diet (low in refined sugars, refined carbs, aspartame, low trans fats, low in mercury (fish), and low in alcohol), daily exercise, daily time outdoor, daily mental exercises or a rewarding, mentally challenging job. This along with daily meditation/prayer, deep breathing exercises etc, give you a better result than supplements.
