Unlikely.: All imaging centers are required to check a urine pregnancy test before proceeding with a hysterosalpingogram, so as to avoid injuring or aborting an early pregnancy. Anecdotal reports of pregnancies that survived such exposures may exist but are rare. Check urine pregnancy test if you think you may be pregnant and consult with mfm and genetics!

See below: You do not want to have an hsg while pregnant. It may cause the pregnancy to abort and you expose the embryo to radiation. You always wait to do an hsg approximately 8-10 after period and always check a preg test first.
