Probably not: While there are anecdotal cases of delayed menstrual cycle following an hsg exam, I am not aware of a medical report on this.

No: Hsg should have no impact on the timing of your period.

No: Hsg (hysterosalpingogram) is an imaging exam to see the fallopian tubes and lining of the uterus (the endometrium) and should not alter your menstrual cycle.
