My wife is covid positive...has a tight chest and coughing sore throat ...need advice please?

Fever, severity: Monitor her temperature, treat fever with Tylenol, rather than Motrin. She has moderate disease and should be followed closely. If she is having shortness of breath, uncontrolled wheezing, please see the Emergency department for evaluation including chest image. Provide hydration, rest and closely observe. Please see your physician, and a virtual consult may be useful.

Local hospital: If her symptoms are worsening, cough or shortness of breath and with a tight chest you should consider taking her to the local hospital.
