Had an endoscopy earlier today and i see a part in the report that says: estimated blood loss minimal. what does that mean? was i cut during the procedure?

Not likely: The endoscopy may have included biopsies obtained via the scope and minimal bleeding may result. This was noted on the report. Other causes include minimal blood loss from the endoscope and wall lining.

Agree with Dr. D: The blood loss was likely related to the biopsy and was not consequential. If you experience dizziness of fainting, go to the nearest hospital.
Wish you good health!
