I feel pain in my abdomen in left side near the naval point. my all reports ultrasound, endoscopy, blood test, xray, ct scan and urine test normal.

Don't give up !: The abdomen includes many organ systems (gi tract, liver/biliary/pancreas, renal/urologic, gynecologic, vascular, etc.)--any one of which can cause illness without severe discomfort or fever. You've been reassured so far by negative results, ; perhaps further testing will prove unremarkable. Could ibs or anxiety (listed in under your clinical conditions) be contributory?
