Can i still be pregnant if urine test is negative on 24th november as well as nothing is seen on ultrasound on 24th after having doubt of pregnancy if sex is done on the 1st of november???

Very unlikely: If you have any doubt, get a blood test for HCG level to settle the matter. It may have been too early for an ultrasound examination. An ultrasound examination should be done 5 weeks after missed period. Wish you good health!

Probably not: In order for pregnancy to occur, sex during the 5 day fertile window of ovulation occurring on or around November 1, would put you at 6 weeks pregnant. A pregnancy test and ultrasound at this 6 week mark would definitely be positive if you were pregnant. Since both are negative, there is almost no chance that you are pregnant.
