Good day can i take prenatal vitamins (pregnavit) and folic acid at the same time or do prenatal vitamins have enough folic acid?

Vitamins/pregnancy ?: Most pre-natal vitamins contain sufficient folic acid if recommended by your OB physician. General rule is to see your OB physician as soon as one has documented evidence of pregnancy, as there are other important tests, etc., to support a healthy pregnancy.

Prenatal: Usually prenatal vitamins have enough folic acid and you do not need to supplement with additional folic acid unless recommended by your ob/gyn.
