My name is jia and i am pregnant and i have allergy so the doctor prescribed me a decosal nasal spray when i was inhaling the nasal spray it by mistakenly went in the throat so is there any problem if the nasal spray goes down the throat in pregnancy?

Most likely not prob: The nasal spray may contain small quantities of steroid or antihistamine, depending on the exact prescription. The nozzle of the spray should be pointed away from the septum or middle of the nose on each side. Gently sniff after the application. Some of the medication may be felt in the back of the throat. Rinse mouth and continue the medication as prescribed. Avoid smoke, pollen, dust and mold.
