Effect only short!: Good evening, laryngeal irritation from inhaling smoke, especially a large one, is a sort of expected reaction. It is not necessarily an allergic reaction; rather an irritant reaction. As the medications are helping, i would stay with the course. Usually it will get better in a few days.
