I have a pain in my left arm, it started above the elbow, yesterday it went down between the elbow and the wrist, today its in the top of my hand, it feels like it my vien that is sore?

It might be: If you have an irritated and infected vein it needs to be treated with an antibiotic medication. You need to contact a doctor to get this diagnosed. More likely it is a neuropathy and the treatment would be totally different. See a doctor to get the correct diagnosis and then the proper treatment.

Arm,hand pain: I assume there has been no injury, strain, swelling or skin discoloration. Common causes of elbow pain are tendinitis or epicondylitis(tennis elbow). Tendinitis of the wrist or carpal tunnel syndrome causes wrist and hand discomfort. An inflammation of a vein has associated tenderness and may cause swelling. See a physician for evaluation if symptoms persist.
