Inform neurologist: Whenever chronic headaches are changing an exam with imaging tests as necessary is usually needed. Your neurologist would be in the best position to further assess.

Headaches: You don't mention what type of headaches the neurologist diagnosed. We're they thought to be muscle contraction tension or migraine?, A thunderclap headache starts off immediately as a very severe headache and usually denotes a serious cause like an intracranial hemorrhage. Report this type of headache to the neurologist who evaluated you. In the absence of other symptoms,I doubt a serious cause.
