I hit my head 5 days ago. initially had no symtpms and neurologist ruled out sth serious. however now i am experiencing headaches, should i be worried?

Prob not: having mild headaches after hitting your head is a perfectly normal reaction. as long as you're not having any numbness weakness or strange symptoms such as visual changes then you should be fine. The headaches should get better over time. probably makes sense to not overdo yourself in the meantime.

Possible concussion: Initial evaluation may be negative after Concussion which is why close monitoring and reevaluation are highly recommended. Please, contact your doctor for proper follow up and management.
