Had a ct w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity nothing noted except small hiatal hernia. i did notice a slightly swollen mesenteric lymph node along the celiac chain or something to that affect. but in the final report nothing was mentioned?

Lymph node: Not sure why the CT was done in the first place. The slightly enlarged mesenteric lymph node is probably not significant, but really depends upon the history of why the CT was done. Small hiatal hernia is usually not symptomatic.
