Had a ct w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done. ct showed a small hiatal hernia, and small fat contained umbilical hernia. i noticed on report it said heart and lungs normal. that can be seen on abd and pelvic ct w contrast? esophagus too?

CT ABD+ heart: Depends on how high up they started the CT. Check with your team. You can also request a copy on a disk for your files. To catch all of HH they may want to start higher than just abd but even on an abd only your need to start above the diaphragm to catch adrenals & often get a good piece of the heart depending on how yours sits. Google for CT of abd to brush up on your anatomy.
