Yes and No: Pomegranates, or any other colored food, do NOT stain the teeth if you have a healthy enamel coating AND excellent home care--you brush and floss regularly. The thin layer of pigments invites more stain, so make sure your oral hygiene is excellent. If you notice the staining from food, have your dentist check for enamel defects, cracks, or unremoved biofilm and get a recommendation for tooth paste

Yes: If you eat any kind of fruits that have coloring in excess or any substances that have dyes in them they will show up on your teeth if you don't brush them or rinse your mouth at least 2/3 times a day or more. Try apples or pears.
