Let doc decide: Let your doc decide what tests you will need based on detailed medical history and findings in physical exam. At a minimum heart will have to be included in evaluation as well.

Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
