If i breastfed my baby right before a buccal swab paternity test, could it alter the results?

See below: The buccal swap test is designed to get your child's dna from a scraping of the inside of the cheek. It is possible that your dna could have been present in the baby's mouth during the test. This should not be too likely to affect the test, but you should check with the group that did the test.
