Is a faecal calprotectin result of 99 ug/g suggestive of ibd or ibd in remission?

It depends...: In most labs, fecal calprotectin levels from 50 to 120 are borderline. If you have a previous diagnosis if Crohn's disease or other IBD (e.g. ulcerative coliitis), this may indicate remission or continuing low-level inflammation. It probably depends a lot on what your levels have been during active IBD and/or when definitely in remission. Discuss with the doctor managing your IBD. Good luck.
