Elbow injury: Hi, if the lump is on the elbow, it is most like bursitis- inflammation of the bursa lining in the area, leading to fluid accumulation. Icing it and using anti-inflammatories should help. Avoid irritating it or bumping into things. Sometimes if progresses may need antibiotics or local steroid shot.
