Concerning changes: Many of us can have enlarged, palpable lymph nodes following an ear or respiratory infection. However, these are usually painless. As you have had this for 6 years and only now are starting to have symptoms from it, I recommend having this evaluated. It is possible an ultrasound or biopsy might be needed as the next step

Thyroid and biotin : Biotin can interfere with the accuracy of thyroid testing and management. I recommend you speak with your provider about alternatives for hair loss that do not involve Biotin.
Scalp massage, avoidance of chemical coloring/perms, shampoo about 2-4 times per week (not daily), good nutritional intake and hydration, as well as regular exercise are safe options for now

Tension headache: Bright lights can cause eye strain, which can then lead to tension-type headaches. If you are not able to adjust the brightness of your screen downward, you may wish to try wearing blue-light blocking sunglasses or screen protectors.
Rest, warm compresses to the forehead, and, if need, Tylenol or Ibuprofen can be helpful as well.
