Irregular bleeding: Irregular bleeding can be caused by many things, some serious/some not: hormonal disruption, uterine fibroids/ endometriosis/ adenomyosis, ovarian problems, a tumor, or miscarriage. lack of Bleeding for this long needs to be addressed for other secondary problems. See a Dr ASAP to do an exam and order blood tests/imaging. They will be able to treat you.
