Ankle injury: Let your parents know. It doesn't sound like you have been evaluated for this. If you have pain or impairment in function - then would recommend medical assessment to determine degree of sprain & to rule out fracture. In the meantime use R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation).

Yes: Hello, In addition to ICE, rest and nsaids, I also recommended protected weight bearing to all my patients with ankle sprains. Its important to allow the ligaments in the area to heal without further disruption to their integrity.
