Swelling: Sometimes you need to see a professional for exam, diagnosis and treatment. It is not possible to do this in this forum. See a dentist and get the area checked.

Your body, but......: While the healing ability of your own body will be the best homeopathic solution, you cannot be sure as to the exact cause of the swelling, whether it's the wisdom tooth or another cause, or if you have an infection that requires specific treatment and antibiotic coverage. Therefore, it is imperative that you see a dentist for an evaluation. This includes x-rays of the area.
