Three years ago i suffered concussion from a bicycle accident, losing consciousness for about an hour. no visible head injury (was wearing helmet.) is my blood-brain barrier likely to be damaged? is it safe for me to take ivermectin medication?

Ivermectin: This antiparasitic medication has a rare side effect of neurotoxicity, but I don't believe that your prior history of a concussion would make you any more susceptible to this side effect. Your pharmacist may be able to provide you with more information about ivermectin as I'm sure many physicians have no experience with this medication.
