Inflammation/Infecti: It could be more than one thing. If you have infection in the ear or it may be a lymph node reaction to an infection in your head and neck area. You are more likely to know what it is since there is not enough information above. It is possible it would go away by itself because the body is fighting the infection. If nothing impairing your immunity do not worry. If not going away in a week see Doc.
